Tofu Pumpkin Pie

1 cup  dairy milk or WestSoy Plus Organic Soymilk
1/8 tsp  salt
3 tsp  cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 cups  puréed pumpkin
1/4 tsp  nutmeg
1/2 tsp  allspice
1/2 cup  liquid sweetener of your choice
1  egg
1  deep-dish pie crust

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Blend the tofu and soymilk until creamy. Combine with all the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Pour into the pie crust and bake at 350ºF for 1 hour, or until set.
