Tofu Caesar Salad

1 bunch  Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 tsp  freshly squeezed lemon juice
Caesar salad dressing to taste
Fresh grated pepper to taste
Croutons (optional)
Shredded or grated Parmesan cheese to garnish (optional)

Toss the cubed Lemon Pepper Tofu together with the romaine lettuce, croutons and salad dressing until evenly covered. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and pepper if desired.
