Stir Fry Seitan

 

2 Tbsp  oyster flavored sauce
1/4 tsp  soy sauce
1 tsp  fresh garlic, chopped
4  carrots, sliced
2  bell peppers, sliced
1/2 cup  snow peas
1/2 cup  baby corn
1/2 cup  water chestnuts
1 Tbsp  cornstarch (dissolve in 3 tbsp of water)

Heat oil in wok or large frying pan.

Toss seitan strips in soy sauce and fry till it is crispy and caramelized.  Set aside

Heat some oil in wok, add chopped garlic till lightly brown. Add Veggies and quickly stir fry for a couple of minutes, add seitan.

Add Oyster flavored sauce and corn starch solution.  Serve over rice.
