BBQ Seitan Sandwich


1  small onion, julienne
1  green pepper, julienne
1  red pepper, julienne
Oil (enough to sautée with)
1 lb  WestSoy Seitan Strips – cut into small strips (shred style)
1 bottle  favorite Barbeque sauce
1 package  Sesame seed buns

Sautee onions, green and red bell peppers in oil. Set aside.  Cut seitan to mimic shredded pork.  Add BBQ sauce to the seitan to taste and sautee in frying pan till edges brown (5 minutes).  

Toast sesame seed buns and add seitan and generous portion of onions and peppers.
